I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly small but functional, offering everything we needed, including free non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge. They were clean, cozy, and had a very nice and cool ambiance, complete with large bathrooms that were brand new and tastefully done.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, plus they were larger than I expected. The service was top-notch and included delightful touches like straight out of the oven apple strudel. The location was perfect, right next to the funicular and a short walk to the lake. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious treats. I only wish there were more facilities available, but overall, a fantastic value for the money.

The hotel has spotless clean rooms that are more comfortable than the older ones. The plumbing had some severe issues, starting with the sink. The service was amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff who helped me even though I was limited to English for communication. The location is excellent and central to everything, at the bottom of the Funicular leading to the pathway of the old Citta. The dining experience offers a wonderful selection of meals, including authentic Swiss hot chocolate. However, the price might not be the most budget-friendly and could be a bit of a downside.
